Stephen SUSHILAN

As Chief Sales Officer, Stephen is focused on transitioning Ezecom from a leading ISP in Cambodia to a System Integrator of choice via a best-in-class sales organization. Stephen is a 20-year high-impact sales leader who has taken on a wide variety of leadership roles across multi-national conglomerates. He grew multiple businesses by applying consultative practices and leading high-impact sales campaigns while embedding thought leadership practices and a growth mindset across the commercial departments. Prior to his relocation to Cambodia, Stephen was the Head of Business for Orange Business Services and was instrumental in growing their footprint in Malaysia. Stephen also held key leadership roles with PCCW Solutions, HPE, and Silverlake Group, supporting their business transformation and expansion across Asia. Stephen has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA degree, majoring in Finance from the University of Derby. Stephen speaks multiple languages and is passionate about leadership and people development.
