Sokha SO

Sokha started her career with Ezecom in June 2023 as a Finance Director. She oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax function at Ezecom.

She had over nine years of progressive experience in audit and advisory at KPMG as her first professional career and had been involved in audit and advisory engagements of various industries such as Telecom, Hotel, Financial Institution, Education, Manufacturing, Trading and Media.

Later in her career, Sokha successfully accomplished as a Group Finance Director and key Executive Member in leading financial controls, procedures, and strategies for HMD Asia for more than eight years. She was attentive to tax laws and regulations by preparing proper tax planning to comply with regulatory requirements. She was equipped to keep the Company Group scalable and responsive to financial challenges.

Sokha graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Management, Cambodia. She also qualified as an ACCA’s Certified Accounting Technician and used to attend ACCA and CPA Australia.
